Four Powerful Principles at the heart of this program:

  1. This is a re-education of your nutrition knowledge, and your belief systems around your ability to be successful, taught to facilitate incremental change.
  2. Focused discussions that highlight the most important information, and coaching strategies to take the lessons from a cognitive place into your actual day to day life in order to see real results.
  3. Includes group lessons to facilitate different learning patterns and to foster accountability, weekly focus, and motivation
  4. The entire program is taught in a supportive, coached environment where there is no judgment.  Instead, our main focus is on troubleshooting together and outcome-based decision making.

How Does it Work?

  1. Sign up here.
  2. We will meet in person as a group for our 1st meeting (week 1) and again at our last meeting (week 8).  Weeks 2-7 will be an interactive coaching and education session via teleconference.
  3. During our 1st meeting together, we will go over your paperwork and get very clear on your goals, desires and intentions over the next two months relating to the program.  We will also be taking beginning measurements and assessments and having our first lesson.  It will be a big evening!
  4. You will receive from me:
    a. C.H.E.W. Coaching, Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Manual
    b. Your quick-start guide and shopping tips
    c. Bi-weekly assessment form to measure your progress
  5. Each week thereafter for the next 6 weeks, we will meet via teleconference for our weekly lessons, coaching and accountability.
  6. Our final meeting will be in person.  We will review the entire program, have our last lesson in person, do final assessments, and celebrate!

I have been developing this program for over 3 years now to incorporate what no one program has ever offered.
