OUT-OF-THE-BOX BOOTCAMP FIELD TRIPS

HELLO BOOTCAMPERS!!!

In an attempt to make a good program really freaking great, I am coming up with all sorts of out-of-the-box ideas to implement in our program.

And one of them is an out-of-the-box field trip every month!

So, I figured we’d start this program out with a bang!

Our first official Bootcamp Field Trip will be a ski weekend up in Kirkwood!

Whether you board, ski, or if you want to learn...join us up in Tahoe!

Lets go to the snow! (just remember your clothes...)

I’d like to rent out a big house so that whoever wants to, can stay in the house. But before I set this up, I need to know who wants to come.

A few details:
Feb 26,27,& 28. I’d like to rent a place out for Friday and Saturday night.

HERE ARE THE OPTIONS:

  1. Stay in the house/condo with us as a group! Come up for one night or two, just let me know.
  2. If you want to go skiing with us, but don’t want to stay in the house, you can always rent your own place and we can meet up for skiing, and hang out for lunch/dinner/drinks/etc.
  3. You could just do a day trip, not stay at all, and just spend the day skiing/boarding.

I just need to know who’s interested and who’s available so that I can book the place asap.

Obviously, we all pay our own way, and the condo/house will be split based on who decides to stay.

TENTATIVE PLAN (this is super low-key, meant to be fun, your suggestions are welcome…)

Miguel and I will probably head up to Tahoe Thursday night or very, very early Friday morning and we’ll board all day.

We’ll Stay at the house Friday night, hopefully some of you will join us Friday night. We’ll have a “family style dinner”.

Saturday: Hit the slopes with everyone. If you’ve never done it before, nows your chance to take a lesson. There are no rules here. I figure we’ll either stay together or do our own thing, and regroup at the end of the day. Drinks after a long day skiing and “Family Style dinner” on Saturday night.

Sunday: Pack it up, head home (or if you’re me…Pack it up and hit the slopes one last time!)

Please let me know asap so we can arrange for a place to stay, etc.

i luv snow!

I would love to go on the ski trip, I have not been skiing for about five years! However, we will be in Carmel for my mom’s birthday and Tom and my 28th freaking anniversary! Good Lord! Keep me posted if anything changes. That sounds like sooo much fun.
