Griff

Hello all!

My name is Joseph Griffin most people know me as “Griff”.  I’ve been in
the fitness field for the last year and a half and I absolutely “LOVE IT”!

I have been an athlete all my life growing up playing basketball and football…
Sports has taken me a long way landing me an athletic scholarship  to play
football at (BYU) Brigham Young University  as well as attaining my degree in
Recreational Management.  Since I’ve joined the Red Shift fitness team my
mornings have been filled with the great smiling faces of energetic,
enthusiastic boot campers who wanna WORK HARD and HAVE FUN doing it!!!

So gear up and get ready to rock your body  at Vasona Park, where you’ll see me on most mornings at 8:45am with the
rest of the team
