One-On-One Weight Loss Coaching
If you are accountable only to yourself, how easy it then becomes to miss a workout or splurge on dessert. If you don’t have clear and focused attention on your goals, then you can forget about actually making any progress. How do you get to where you want to go if you don’t even know where you’re going in the first place?
Weight loss starts in your head.
Look around. Everything that you have created—from the home you live in, to the relationships are invested in, to the body you live in everyday—has all started from what you believed was possible. It’s your thoughts and belief systems that have gotten you to where you are today.
Although we will spend a lot of time on nutrition education, fitness, and stress management, be prepared to get to the heart of what’s really going on in your life. You’ll find out why you’re carrying that extra weight in the first place, and then take corrective actions toward living your healthiest life, yet.
How does it work?
We will either meet in person, over the phone, or a combination of both for a commitment of 12-weeks. Once I receive notice of your payment, I’ll sent you via email questionnaires that needs to be filled out and returned to me. The questionnaires will help me get to know you a little better, and help me to prepare for our first coaching call. Once I receive the answered questionnaire, I will give you a call to introduce myself and to set up our first coaching appointment.
Each week before we meet over the phone for your coaching session, you’ll send to me your detailed weekly journal, goals, and progress. This will be the stepping platform that will we coach around. So there are two parts to this process: first, you send to me your detailed weekly journal; second, we meet over the phone for our coaching call. The second part (coaching call) does not happen unless the first part (recording and sending me your journal) has been accomplished. I hope you are following me here. This is not about me taking responsibility for you. This is about you taking responsibility for you. I, as a coach, am simply the facilitator. If true results and change are to occur, it’s because you have taken responsibility for your life, and taken amazing action in your life. So then you might ask, “Why would I need a coach or a program like this if I’m the one doing all the work?” Well, I’m glad you asked.

Why My Programs Work:
1. I run a lot of group programs; from group training, to Boot camps, to weight loss coaching classes. This however, is not a group program. When I work with you solo, it’s completely individualized and specific to you and for you. I take into account your health history, lifestyle, goals, location, access to healthy foods, everything that will make you successful.
2. You’re not alone. Accountability is one of the biggest players in our partnership. Part of the program is keeping a weekly journal and sharing it with me. If things aren’t going the way we anticipated, we can tweak it and change it up to get you back on track. Just the process alone of keeping your journal is worth the price of the program. Who wants to show up the following week with nothing to show…especially to their coach! The accountability factor plays a bigger part here than you can imagine.
3. Spending some hard earned money for a service will make you take it more seriously. I give tons of free information out all the time, but it’s the one’s who actually pay for my services that see the biggest and most profound results.
4. Fresh workouts, inspirational concepts, and ideas….lots of info on living your best life…from nutrition to recipes to books to workouts…if you utilize even half the information I present to you, you’ll for sure see true success.
5. I’ve been doing this for over a decade and am a professional in this field. When left to your own demise, most people workout and do what they want to do and what they’re accustomed to doing (I’m picturing the typical guy at the gym: huge upper body and chest, but little chicken legs!)
