Details: Joining the Coaching, Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Coaching Program.
HOW IT WORKS
- It all starts with you. You make the decision to commit to 3-months with me and our group. Be ready to sign a contract of commitment.
- You will receive a journaling workbook that will include everything you’ll need to get started off on the right foot, and to keep you up to date with each week’s lessons.
- Our first meeting will be a one-on-one coaching session. This is where I start to understand your individual needs before we meet in a group setting. This is our opportunity to get crystal clear about your goals and expectations for the next 12-weeks.
- After your individual meeting, each meeting thereafter will be in our group format. We meet in person one week, then over the phone via conference call the next week.
- This is where you are held accountable for last week, and share the plans for next week. Calls are recorded so you can listen to them again throughout the week.
- Each week will also have a lesson surrounding motivation, coaching concepts, exercise, nutrition and more. One session per month will be dedicated to question and answer coaching.
- You not only be held accountable to me, but you will also have a master-mind partner within the group who will also hold you accountable every step of the way. You and your partner will check in each week to stay on track and share your wins and losses. Accountability is one of the biggest reasons any program succeeds, so this piece alone is worth the entire price of the program.
- You’re also expected to keep a journal (as part of the workbook). This is not just a food journal…this is a life journal. We’re going to get to the heart of what’s really going on, look it straight in the eye, and tell the truth about it.
PRICING
The Coaching, Healthy Eating & Weight Loss Program is a 3-month program for only $99 a month. For less than you probably spend on all your Starbucks runs each month, you get a fully structured, inspirational and focused program in order to obtain true weight loss success. After the first 12-week session, you then have the option to join the next 12-week phase of this program, which starts with a 21-day detox and ends with a personalized nutrition and lifestyle protocol that you’ve designed and tailored for your life!

Details: One-on-One Weight Loss Coaching
HOW IT WORKS
This particular type of support focuses on creating your ultimate vision for your health, wellness, and life. We look at where you are right now, determine where you really want to be, and then practice the behaviors and habits that will get you there over time. Therefore, the ultimate program includes not only coaching to shift your thought process; not only individualized fitness protocol to optimally shape your body and improve your fitness; but also working one on one with a Certified Nutrition Educator in order to figure out what’s right and wrong about your diet right now, and how you can literally change your health and become an energetic, vibrant person through healthy food choices.
This program includes:
- Full questionnaire and intake session with me. Usually about 1 ½ hours. This is where I get to know you, what you really want in life, and what’s been stopping you up until now.
- Your weekly “homework” and accountability could include your weekly workouts logged for my review, food and nutrition information from the previous week, behavior goals we set out to accomplish, or any combination of the above
- Weekly coaching sessions for a minimum commitment of 12-weeks, each building upon the other. Here we use your homework and journaling as a platform for your success. Here we share the wins and losses of the following week, becoming more focused and entrenched in your vision for your life. Sessions usually last about 40-45 minutes and are over the phone at your convenience.
- Your protocol is completely individualized to your specifications based on your needs and goals.
- We will build a fully customized menu and recipe ideas, food, and supplement protocol based on your specific dietary needs.
- A 12-week commitment at $75 per session.
