We cover everything from environmental toxins, to blood sugar imbalances, to emotional eating. Food and Nutrition for my active lifestyle.
These are the biggest questions I get all the time: What should I eat before my workouts? What about after? What about carbs? Should I eat more because I’m exercising more? I exercise all the time but still don’t lose weight…Why doesn’t the exercise work?
I address all of these questions and more. If you just started exercising more, joined a Bootcamp or other fitness program, or even if you’ve been exercising for years, but still aren’t sure about how to eat for your active life, then this is for you.
I get it…I should eat more vegetables…but how?
Almost everyone I train or coach tells me they eat a lot of veggies. After drilling them for a while and really getting to the bottom of “I have a salad everyday”, we learn that there’s more to eating veggies than your “romaine lettuce salad with the same toppers every day for lunch”.
After a short introductions to this colorful and healthful food, we’ll be trying out different fast and easy recipes that will have you going back for seconds!
